The guide is produced carefully and with the use of information submitted by the vendors listed in the guide. While every effort is made to ensure that the guide is accurate and complete the producers of the Daylily availability guide assume no liability towards the growers or the customers using or submitting to the guide.

The Canadian Daylily Availability Guide reserves the rights to refuse the submissions of any vendors at its sole discretion.  Additionally we reserve the right to refuse shipment of the guide to any individual by returning the monetary interments issued to them.

Additional web content is for the purchaser of the guide only sharing of information/content/user id or passwords are strictly prohibited and violations will be treated accordingly.

Privacy

Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Ontario without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
