This year we are offering an easy to use excel template for you to fill in and upload back to us.
If you have microsoft excel on your system:
Select the plant information link below. We also need a grower profile select the grower profile template and simply fill in the information and send it back to us.
If you do not have microsoft excel:
the next option that we would request would be for a CSV file. A sample of this file can be found with the CSV Plant Information. Most Database programs can easily create this type of file.
If you do not have excel or cannot create a CSV file:
This is our least favorite option as this consumes a lot of time and is prone to error. You can email or upload us your list in the form you choose however you will have to submit the information to us 6 weeks in advance of our electronic submission deadline.
Once you have filled in the forms submit your information using the upload area or alternatively you can email it to us.
